The Church and Schoolroom is situated on the High Road in Halton the Church is well placed to serve the village, not only as a Church, but providing facillities to the local area.

Children and Young People


The third Sunday of the month is always all-age worship, when children stay in the main service. On the other Sundays of each month, junior church (for children and teens) runs alongside the main service. Junior church activities include games, quizzes, art, crafts and drama.

At Halton United Reformed Church on the High Road.
Fun stalls, gifts, cards, cakes and more.
Lunches served.
Entry 50p.

Soup and a Song

Is your memory letting you down?
Are you caring for someone with memory problems? Do you enjoy good company and food?
Would you benefit from a morning out and appetising lunch?
Do you enjoy a good sing-song?

If your answer is yes to either of the first two questions, then why not come along and join our happy group?

We offer a safe, friendly and welcoming environment for those with memory problems, their carers, then share a meal of home-made soup, sandwiches and cake.

A free drop in café at Halton United Reformed Church. Please drop in to receive a warm and friendly greeting and a listening ear. Tea, coffee and biscuits served. Everyone welcome.
Here For You will be on the First Tuesday of each month 1.30-3.00 pm.

Christmas at Halton URC

Shoebox Appeal

We have been filling Christmas shoeboxes with gifts including toiletries, toys and stationary. The shoeboxes will be distributed by International Aid, to children in Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia. Thank you to everyone who has donated.

Toy Service

The toy service is on Sunday 9th December. Please bring a gift to donate. They will go to children who may go without otherwise.

Village Carol Service

The village carol service is at Halton URC this year. All welcome. 6.30pm 23rd December.

Christmas Morning Service

The Christmas morning service is at the usual time of 9.30. Children will stay in the main service.

Supper Evening

The Children provided the music for an enjoyable Supper Evening in September.

Bags of Aid

Pet1 Members of the congregation have filled over 100 bags with toiletries plus boxes of rice, pasta, towels, blankets, soap and baby items. These will all be passed on to International Aid for the appeal for help for Sierra Leone.
